Cozy Infinity Scarf Tutorial for Beginners | Modified Half Fisherman’s Stitch Pattern

Looking for a cozy, stylish project to try? Check out my Modified Half Fisherman’s Stitch Infinity Scarf! 🧶✨

In this tutorial, I’ll walk you through how to create this beautiful infinity scarf using my own design of the Modified Half Fisherman’s Stitch—a perfect stitch for scarves that gives it a unique, textured look.

I used 3 skeins of below yarn from Loops & THreads Cozy Wools

Super Bulky (6)

Contents: 50% wool / 50% acrylic

Skein Weight: 4.5 oz. / 127 g

Recommended needle size was 9mm but I used Needle 8mm

I cast on 34 stitches for a width of 22 cm (9 inches). After knitting to a length of 127 cm (50 inches), I was able to seam the edges together for a lovely infinity scarf.

Stitch Pattern:

Row 1: Knit all stiches across

Row 2: Sl 1, Purl 2, K1B (repeat)

This pattern is great for beginners, and if you need a step-by-step guide, I streamed the full tutorial live! You can find it under my Live Videos—don’t miss it! I’ll also be adding the link in the top right corner for easy access. 😊

Perfect for those chilly days, this infinity scarf makes a fantastic gift or a cozy addition to your wardrobe!

Happy knitting, and I can’t wait to see your creations! 🌟
