KNITTED MEASUREMENTS

  • Head circumference 22″/56 cm

 

MATERIALS

  • Used 2.5 oz/75 g of 1 ball (120 g 100% Acrylic) Bébé Luv Baby Fashion Georga, Colour # Grey and # blue
  • Circular Needle: size 7 (4.5 mm) length 16″/40 cm
  • Measuring tape
  • Pair of scissors
  • Eye blunt needle

 

GAUGE

Cast on 108 sts
6 rows to 1″/2.5cm over Rib Stitch
80 rows/8.5″/22 cm over Dandelion stitch
3 rows over finishing and blocking

  

HAT

Edge
With 2 needles, CO 108 sts.
Join the circular
Row 1 to Row 6: REP (K2, P2)

Dandelion stitch pat
Multiple of 4 st and 12 rows repeat
Row 1, 2, 3: Knit stitches
Row 4: rep*(make 2 long loop P2), K4* see the blow note
Row 5: REP ( SL1, K3, SL1, P2) *see the blow for abbreviation
Row 6: REP (K2togFR, K1, K2togFL, P2)
Row 7, 8, 9: Knit stitches

Note:
Make a long loop by inserting right needle tip into the forth loop down to the second and third stitch from right needle, pull through the yarn and knit it, then insert the tip of right needle tip into the third loop down to the second and third stitch from left needle, pull through the yarn and knit it

*SL: Slip the stitch from left needle to the right needle.

Finishing
Row 1) K2tog for one row to drop stitches to half (54st)
Row 2) Knit one row with knit stitches
Row 3) K2tog for one row to drop stitches to half (27st)
Row 4) Block stitches
then cut the yarn long enough to stitch hat end by using eye blunt needle.
