Note:
K2tog(knit two together): insert the tip of right needle into two stitches in the left needle at the same time knit-wise and knit them together.
SSK(Slip Slip Knit): slip one stitch knit-wise to the right needle, slip the next stitch knit-wise to the right needle, then insert the tip of left needle from front into the slipped stitches and knit them through back loop.
CDD(Centered Double Decrease): Slip two stitches knit-wise at the same time, knit the next stitch, pass two slipped stitches over the knitted stitch.
