Cast on:
Multiple of 5+2 stitches and repeat of 8 rows.

Instruction:
Row 1: Sl 1, rep*(P1, K1, P1, K1, P1)*, K1
Row 2, 4, 6, 8: Sl1, rep*(K1, P1, K1, P1, K1 )*, P1
Row 3: Sl1, rep*(P1, KNOT3, P1), K1
Row 5: repeat row 1
Row 7: Sl1, KNOT2, rep*(P1, KNOT4)*, KNOT2,  K1

Note:
KNOT3: insert the right needle between the 3rd and 4th stitch in the left needle while working thread is in the back, grab the yarn knit-wise and pull it through, then put it in the left needle in front of the other three stitches and knit it as knit stitch, then transfer the three stitches from the left needle to the right needle, then insert the left needle into the knitted stitch and pull it over the other three stitches. 

KNOT2: insert the right needle between the 2nd and 3rd stitch in the left needle while working thread is in the back, grab the yarn knit-wise and pull it through, then put it in the left needle in front of the other two stitches and knit it as knit stitch, then transfer the two stitches from the left needle to the right needle, then insert the left needle into the knitted stitch and pull it over the other two stitches.

KNOT4: insert the right needle between the 4th and 5th stitch in the left needle while working thread is in the back, grab the yarn knit-wise and pull it through, then put it in the left needle in front of the other four stitches and knit it as knit stitch, then transfer the four stitches from the left needle to the right needle, then insert the left needle into the knitted stitch and pull it over the other four stitches.

    In the written pattern you have missed out the P1 before the ‘knot 2 at the end of the row that you show in the video
